Fast Shot and rocket launcher

tb combat shotgun is great with it

I prefer 14 mm pistol with tb and fast shot :)
50 DR is really good against well armored ennemies like Enclave or BoS.

But to come back to the subject, Fast shot is useless for all the big guns and gatling.
