quests that give stats

Caynn:
What quests can increase your stats? Used to play a couple years ago but don't know if any new ones have been added. All there was when i was playing was a person that increased your small guns +15% if you were lower then 50%.

Ganado:
There are no other "quests" like that. Also, that one gives you the +15% as long as your skill is below or equal to 65% now.

Brujah:
Most quests are useless and not worth finishing.


Farming and grinding is where it's at.
