RULE: New alts, untrustworthy ones or also scammers can trade. They have to give caps first then wait in place while other trader will bring his stuff. If you dont like this do not bid.

BTW "Psiho" or "Psyho" is the key that you are connected to previous scammers alt :)

Ok i am reply just once coz u guys are..eh i dont wont to offend no one...I trade before in ncr mine whit Gimper for 100 ss and all goes swell, we arange deal in NCR..I was whit my alt Jim Beam if Gimper remember he can tell...I dont give a rat fuck about y rules and shit and i am tellin u how the fuck new man can trade coz is always first time, isnt it? you just have to understand that every scammer in forum prmises hes not scammer, this is not trick, there were many people like you with new account but only few are in use now.

Man i play this game like 1,5 year and i never have urgent to read or even post hear.I even forgot my password here but i finnaly remember  ;D I am not a scammer but this trade is no big deal for me coz i have stash just that scammer shit is not good to say coz eweryone is innocent until someone prove wrong, right?
