New updater not working

I am trying to update the 10/25 but when I open this new updater it doesn't do anything, just hangs. Then friend suggested to use updaterconsole.exe open that I get error "invalid configuration press any key to continue". Where is the any key button?

Ok in all seriousness...

What do I have to configure to get the updaterconsole.exe to work and get rid of the error invalid configuration?

Solved my own problem, issue fixed with deleting cache and running updater was needed for fuck sakes.
