Places to find junk barrels other then NCR?

Oh, last time I been there (yesterday evening), it was peaceful traders city with players in PA and Lexx (noob with 94 HP in Combat Armor and Turbo Plasma Rifle, appearing and disappearing like teleporter). So... now it's gone, ehh.

Then... everything is bad!

Well after Wipe All Junk Barrels will be under newbie atack -> a lot of thieft's and Bombers [Woot!?] better is get Junk at NCR = 2 places but i dunno what it will be after wipe

Go to Junktown, all guards are dead but the junk barrel is accessible.

the junk barrel I know is west of town, at the corner of some building;

After wipe it will be hard to find junk barrels.
