@café safé:

2nd trip was totally my fault, I hid behind the cart to light a cigarette thinking I was fine, when I looked up to my computer screen there was a bunch of floaters surrounding me around the cart with no way of leaving.

Anyway... Changes to current system:

-To join you must check #RapeCaravan IRC channel, there should be a warning telling you if there's any caravan looking for guards or not, this makes it easier for people to join.

-Caravan Outpost base "soon", so guards don't have to stay at the Klamath Mine and for a safer start of the trip, guards will have a nice bar inside a scraphead near Klamath to wait for the caravan (if I find the time and motivation to gather 2000 junk).

-Due to complaints and a few people giving me huge walls of texts saying how unfair it is for nonBG tanks, I had to change the rules about the captain's reward, now he receives an extra 2500 caps instead of taking the cart home, loot in trunk will be split equally between guards in San Francisco.

From now on all caravan trips will be arranged on IRC.

Check #RapeCaravan IRC channel periodically to see if there's any caravan about to happen.

No caravans means I'm resupplying and/or buying new carts, hiring means the caravan is ready and just needs a crew.

I really enjoyed the trip, IMO VC was most difficult part.

I didn't see you on the IRC channel.

I also warned people in TLL and #2238 so you prob weren't even on.

Like I said, I'll start these caravans randomly so I can't have a set time and date everytime, you'll have to be in IRC.

Imagine if I had to PM every single person that wants to join whenever I wanted to start this.

Just wait in IRC like everyone else if you want to join, it's not that hard to just afk yourself on an IRC channel.

I'm glad I was able to take part in the third run! It was fun being Brujah's number two, and though I really didn't do much I made a fun pinata for the centaurs and floaters to chase around the darned caravan 3 times before they killed them all. Hah.

Anyways, I took my original namesake alt and made it with 135 hp, hah!

If you want to take part I suggest when you're on your computer just set your IRC to idle in the channel, trust me, we'll highlight you if something comes up, IRC becomes a bit of a habit when you want to take part in events, it's pretty indispensable.

So yeah, can't wait for the next one. :]
