Caravan Guard duty event.

Yo ! Shoutaxeror, some kind of fast shooter, would like to join. I'm not über-skiled, but it sounds really interesting and fun, I'll do my best if you count me in. My main motivation is to give reward to wasteland orphans. Nah, I just want to take part of this awesome trip and protect the driver's ass.

Sorry for offtopic, but I just can't figure out what I'm looking at here (your picture).
Looks a bit like a brainy worm being born out of a set of hands, but maybe I'm wrong.
