Is Fallout 2238 any way connected to Hello Kitty Online?

I believe there is some kind of conspiracy between those two.
Why else would the devs shamelessy put the link to HKO on the forum?
Something fishy is going on between those two games.
What if devs are trying to make us think that whenever 2238 gets boring Hello Kitty is the next best thing? What are they gaining with such atrocious act?
