Setting language

gramps:
I just installed the SDK and ran the server.  I went in but most of the dialog with characters is in Russian.  Is there a way to get them to do the English translations?

I checked the dialog files and they have English but aren't showing up in-game.

Sorry if I missed something obvious but any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kilgore:
Open Client/FOnline.cfg
find Language = russ
change it to Language = engl
