Style in the wastes.

McLooter:
Allow the ability to wear robes and leather jackets over armor, robe/jacket skin instead, but the main armor resistance remaining, activate it by just using hand on it in the inventory.

Swinglinered:
Robes yes, but you would need a big jacket to go over armor.
