Wrench - make it works like a tool

Add some repair bonus and make this item usefull. Its wired that i can not repair a car with wrench.

I second that. Searching for BPs, Freeman style.

Also, i think the multitool is more suitable for weapon repairs rather than cars. Cars deteroriation is probably screws and bolts coming loose, so they need to be tightened with a wrench.

And it's still a nice melee weapon for a driver/mechanic character.
