destroy unused players to lighten server memory load

Make an area just for this,or an event to permanently delete unwanted builds.

Implemented since years, literally.

I though you wanted to deleted all characters that weren't used after a month.

It is already hard to lose all your tent when you come back from vacations.
Let's not add pexing all chars again...
