For newcomers or for slow/weak PC.
Make single-town FOnline client (100MB ?)
Maybe NCR without exit grid for this client + without most of npc interaction with limited pc interaction.

Totally not happening in 2238. Moving to SDK board, even if i feel it's just a cheap troll.

This can help to use 100mb instead of 1GB like often happen, FODE was using 1.4 GB, bad.
