Yeah, saw this video. To be honest it sounds more like a planetside-like shooter with survival elements (not exactly what I was hoping for), than a survival game with shooter elements, which is quite ironic as the game's name even suggests that the whole game is about survival.

It is not Stalker 2, its Survarium - F2P (free to shit) MMO game. Well, you could watch movie and other dev diary, I only put there a movie because someone can know more about this project.
