Fat Man:
Why not just make where we can get our weapons at hinkly with 1 int characters? Most of the builds these day have very low int so why not just make it where any build with any int can get weapons at hinkly there is no harm in this. I find it annoying now that we spawn outside of hinkly after replication timer and have to keep fast relogging to an alt to get gear at hinkly.

Yes, make AP bullets to be default ammo in all types of weapons in Hinkley.
