Im totally new in this forum but I just come up with an idea to put for the action point restore time. This I hope will make more balanced and fair for a high AG and action points char.
Normally players who has more action points can shot 2-3 times in a turn-based but when using real time after the advantage of more shooting at the beginning of the battle they lose it and the Action Points restoring time will be the same as others low AG, low action points. So I think if dev can by anyway increase the restore time for the action points it will be more fair and the difference between turn-base and real time can be reduced.
The basic method is like this:
Set the basic full action points restore time as 10 secs, so even a char with full 16 action points or a char with 7 action points will have the same restore time but the char with higher action points can shoot faster and serve the definition of AG just right.

Works already like suggested. More maximum AP = faster AP regen rate.

IIRC it is 5 seconds for full restore.
