Need some info on a build

Both those builds suck. I recomend you use mine. It works best for me and it will work for you. You don't need that Even More Tough since by default they got JHP ammo in their guns. And since I'm sure you will do VS encos only you don't need to worry. Good tactic is to take a car with you like highwaymen so you just go around the car shoot and take cover and they will waste the AP to follow you only. Also having Chem Resistant and Chem Reliant will cut the addiction bad effects and will prelong the duration of the drug effects.
