Hotel improvements

Player could end renting of hotel room by talking to the rentier NPC.

The hotelier could tell the Player for how long will his rented room last. And how long he has to pay for another week.

Swinglinered:
They tell how long, but you don't get to prepay beyond that, it seems.

It also seems your stuff comes back if you get a new room- happened twice to me in 2 different sessions.
