Change the Train Ticket buying dialog

Change the Train Ticket buying dialog to work like the one for CoC Robes. So you can buy more just by clicking.

I think it's a good idea and maybe also price of tickets could be lowered a bit.
Going from VC to SF and back costs 600 caps, it's quite a lot for a not very convenient travel.

It's more the question of adding 4th train route between SF and VC to make full circle. :b

That should be a long, hard series of quests to enable.

Especially as it would involve passing through Slaver areas.
They would love to add "cattle cars".

Also it would pass near Enclave, through the alien/mutant riddled wastes, and come near Reno and Redding- the last 2 of which would be a potential inducement to such development.

Say 1000 MFC, 10k SEC, 300 EP, 500 Junk, 4k wood, 5k caps, 200 alloys, 600 MP tp get it going, plus enemy suppression/diplomacy missions.

And only you and those tagged with you(1) could see it- plus anyone else who also did the quest-line.

So you still get strangers at the stations.

(1) When the mission is taken and/or finished. People you escort later can go there if you bring them, but can't remember where it is afterwards.
