It's a long metal pole. What did you expect?

In Fallout 2, this item is found outside Mariposa Military Base on the sidewalk next to the mine cart, and is required to blow up the rubble blocking the entrance. In FOnline: 2238 however, it is just a miscellaneous item with no apparent use, hunted perhaps by collectors.
This item can be found laying on the ground in a certain quest, but is often overlooked.

Starting bid: 2,000 caps
Minimum Increase: 500 caps
