I was stumbling my way across the wastes, and I tripped over what I thought to be a rock. It suddenly started beeping! Turns out, its a fully functional Geiger Counter! I have no idea how to use it though.

Bugged? I dont think its bugged, you just have to figure out how to work it. And yes its from mantis.
