you can get jet by going to den and killing the hairy guy in the gang that  is 3 but stands in a circle,

and you burst him and loot him quickly and run to the south right side

because lara's gang and the beckys guards will chase you down so you have to run down through the bottom right of den and leave there

and the guy will respawn and more jet!

Best way is the Junkie House on slave runs. (10 jet or more everytime, make sure you use thief and loot the bottom shelf.)
