Buy skins (LoL much? XD)

Says who? Just because something is currently hard to get doesn't mean it has to be. There aren't enough skins to be unique - see tons of robot dogs in ncr.

You mean "There are too many skins to be unique."
But I don't agree. A rough estimate, every 1 in 5 players have a skinned character(s).
Or you might mean there isn't a large enough variety of skins to be unique. Either way, I disagree. There are tons of skins out there. Think about how many npc's there are.

I belong to a Garry's Mod Fallout Role-play community and they are essentially in the same spot as the FOnline devs, except they cut shortcuts by saying said donate-able items are not purchased, but rather gifts. This way it stays totally legal, because what we already do is have the administrators give out 'Gifts' on FOnline in the form of skins. But now they can be considered perks, or gifts that are given for the donors support.
Here's an excerpt of the donation page for our community to sum it up.

I say a skin is unique in a way of owning it. And while its not that rare as base of Andr3aZ or a Ranger CA, its still something special and not obtainable anymore, at least, until next wipe.
