Make junk items consumable.

Cheese poofs, maccaronis and television dinners should be able to be consumed and appear randomly at food vendors.

Because they are supposed to be edible.

Are you sure? This is pre-war food. 150 years old.
Probably doesn't even resemble food anymore, just some dirty organic brick.

Edible food are iguanas on a stick.

yes they should be consumable, and for instance make a crunchy sound when eaten (cheese poofs).  150 years big deal, a twinkee will last forever.......

Actually, i was thinking of suggesting more consumables, like fried rats or fish, but editing existed items would be less demanded and i would need only to change graphics to make it tasty again.

I mean, right now, since i did some mods, my food messes up my biochemistry. The steaks lower my PE, while my salads make me dumb and push up my ST, not to forget fried rats, which kill off my HP after they healed me.

The only consumables which are somewhat harmless to be modded, are ol'good waterbags, iguanas on stick, stimpacks, beer and Nukacola.
But i have some graphics that can be made into new consumables and they are't from Tactics or F3. So, would it be difficult to implement?

A bit more different food in Wasteland would be nice for RP or some purposes in future.
