dude, i tell you. sneaker who cant run is shit. all players moves quick while you move like snail. do what you want, imho silent running is must have for sneaker.

without silent running you will just be a sniper with useless sneak. 
also yes trade rtbe for silent running.

I am a sniper so I will be 35-50 hexes away and they wont know where I am, and if I am seen I will not going to stay hidden I will come out of sneak and get out of their view and rehide.
should I swap silent running with right between the eyes?

Sneak 271% but when next to a wall 300%
skilled (I know its very bad but it helped get 95% normal hitchance and 300% sneak)

Heavy build:
more crits, even more crits,sharpshoot,2xaction boy,better crits,RBTE and BROF

Hey newfag, how someone can make Sneaker without Silent Running?

forum speech is nothing important. for example i registered more than year after i started playing. also im not sure but i remember something about penalties from wielding rifles.. but im not really sure how big penalty is. (penalty from bg's is like -50% sneak or something)

-36% sneak for rifles (two handed small guns in general, energy weapons too, lazer rifle/plasma rifle etc. etc.), -72% for all heavy weapons (big guns, including light support weapon, even energy weapon - gatling lazer).
