Altar at NCR

I noticed disturbing lack of altars and decided to repair that mistake by making one.
It beggining people were just asking what am I doing , others understood my plan from the start and to my suprise almost everybody contributed.
[ Even if some people didn't actualy helped , they didn't also attempted to destroy that.
+ A big bunch of people who saw that were giving positive opinion so that keept me going on. ]

It's hard to believe I was first to build an altar here so I won't even claim the title of Great Altair Builder :P

I think that kind of things never last long [the one we made lasted about about 4-5 hours] and that's the true reason.
