1. Register a wisely chosen nickname, "I PWN YA NUB" is poor choice because it's reserved for 10yo pk kids.
2. Start each sentence with a capital, end it with a period.
3. Make a troll char, very resistant, high HP, high FA/DOC etc. It will make things easier. Never ever use any other char. Only weak players need more than one NCR-camping character.
4. Go to NCR entrance and stand there for hours, while pretending to be very busy doing Incredibly Important Stuff.
5. Never try pvp because pvp players are corrupted and 10yo frustrated children.
6. Never ever kill other player because you will become corrupted and 10yo kid.
7. Start hating pvp players because they burst and bomb you all the time in NCR. Don't whine about them, though, or you will be tagged as a whiner and 10yo pk kid.
8. Never ever criticise anyone from 2238 staff.
9. If an update shows up, praise 2238 developers!!!
10. Become extremely helpful to other players. Becoming an ultimate carebear is a top priority for you.
11. If you are not helpful, then you are 10yo pk kid.
12. Post bug reports about bugs you find and bugs found by others. More = better, yes that missing hexblocker is a big glitch.
13. Update wiki pages with any stuff you can put there even if nobody is interested about the weight of leather jacket.
14. If there is an event, go there and praise 2238 staff. Never criticise any event, start barking on those who try to criticise it.
15. Start saying "Hello" when GM/dev joins #2238 channel. Ignore everyone who plays the game longer than for one day, they are corrupted and 10yo pk kids.
16. Join #2238help and never let anyone else answer noob question before you. If there is no noob present, pretend to be very busy.
17. If killed in NCR, simply return to your camping hex.
18. Never ever leave NCR, except when you want to admire the safety of your holy tent.
19. If someone interacts too much with other players, his activity must be suspicious. He is probably 10yo pk kid, do not talk to him.
20. Ask existing GMs how they became GMs and continue your honest work until they are bored of your asslicking and vote for you to become a GM.
