Fully drugs dependant builds could only be really fully drugs depending builds if there was a STR requirement like in Fallout Tactics. That's my opinion. That is how it was in FO: Tactics, it could work but it was hard to achieve.

Nobody said everyone is a hyped on drugs power hungry junkie and absolutely nobody questioned your build knowledge T-888, but as you said yourself drugs are easily obtainable. Which doesn't make the low strength a very big problem.  All this is just an opinion, and I guess it is good to have someone experienced give feedback to it. : D

If it can be done, and won't take a lot of time and work, why not do it? It may help even with that *minor annoyance*. The Devs can at least think about it maybe or consider trying it out.

Making higher strength requirements for weapons or just simply doubling the penalties that you get for each missing point of strength could work also I guess.

No, no you don't understand i'm asking you why is that an argument, seriousness isn't one and why the player shouldn't be able to use weapons without drugs at all, because it was like that in FT isn't an argument for it to be like that here, because this is a different game.

Doesn't work that way you describe in practice, go play town control, join a faction and experience the game a little bit more and then you will realize your suggested change would rather be a minor annoyance.

I see you don't see my point, just because tactics was a different game it doesn't mean we can't implant some ideas here.
Maybe for you it would be a minor annoyance? I see it more as a painful problem.

Plus it's a suggestion. So you don't need to agree with me, by all means you can walk by and leave it alone.

They can already do that, i said not everyone is a power-junkie in this game.

I never said everyone is a power junkie in the game. I'm sure plenty of people don't go, Str 3 with big guns. I'm saying enough of people do that.

Forget about it, nothing here suggested is going to be implemented, you aren't able to argument it and put some productive thought process behind it. The only one who doesn't see a point is you.

I think it would be the biggest punishment for casual players and for people who don't have many alts.
For people who jump into drug alts only for hour to do competitive PvP it wouldn't be a big deal.

Minor annoyance for all power-junkies, the only scenario would be to run out of drugs during combat, but human brain is one step ahead taking extra drugs and usually keeping check of how long the drugs will last after combat.

I appreciate your inside on how the builds work T-888, and your creative thinking and productive thought process. I'll wait and see if anyone else will take a peek here and leave a review.

Here, I'm agreeing, - many ideas from FT multiplayer could work, but not this.
This is the mmo, where you need to level up your character, gather stuff, get those drugs manually - AND IT TAKES TIME.
In FT, you click to get lvl up, you take item for points, nothing hard.
But some systems from FT could work, but not that with st req, maybe Devs should look at that game on multiplayer perspective.

So if you don't understand how the builds work in game why are you making such a suggestion? Do you think someone will waste time explaining every single detail about 2238 just in order for you to understand your suggestion is flaw?

Sorry, but this is no-go.

Choices.
If you implement this, you practically remove one way how to create and play your character. I dont see any reason how would this suggestion enrich gameplay.

Sniper rifles usually rest against a ledge or a tripod, people don't walk around firing from the shoulder. You don't need to be a big guy to shoot a rifle.

Well, they'd have to use more of them that way to even use the gun. If he'd get caught in to an encounter while travelling and had NO drugs with him, it would end rather crappy, because hey, he can't use his rifle or minigun until he takes them. So for them, it would be mighty inconvenient to go somewhere and be afraid that your drugs will ware of all of sudden and your rifle becomes unusable.
Lol, tell me when you will meet them on encounter w/o drugs. :D You see, in this game everybody got different alts for PvE and PvP. Those you're talking about are practically used in PvP fights only. Alts are the worst thing in this game in my opinion, but sadly, this is immortal part of this game.

I really cannot believe I just wasted my time reading this non sense. This suggestion was more than likely mad to increase ones forum speech %, so I really don't think there should be so much thought put in to this utterly ridiculous suggestion.

It's always better to slap more interesting bonuses to make one desire to increase it, instead of making it unplayable without putting points in there.

In my opinion the creation procedure is cannot be said if it's balanced, because nobody will likely care about the weight of stats as they are just single number you almost always ignore after you create your character anyway.
Making everyone close to 5/5/5/5/5/5 build just because that's how you expect person to be is not fine.
Likewise, when creating say for example guy who will use assault rifles, and dumping str as low as possible, because it does not give that guy anything is just plain boring. No choice.
