I don't need your caps, coz otherwise is not helping anymore. First are you certain is a router and not modem? Also open Command Prompt (if you are windows user) and type in ipconfig then where it says default gateway copy that IP and paste it in the web browser then the router's admin page should pop up. You said you have no access to the router. Try looking on back of the device for a sticker with user and password. If it isn't there then try typing as user and password this:

USER:admin or administrator
PASS:admin or administrator

If not resseting the router might do the trick. Since it will return to the factory settings, there should be a tiny button on the router that will do the tricl. Keep it pressed for 10-15 secconds.. If you can tell me the router's brand I could help you more.

Thanks for advices, guys i fixed it by using free VPN, Jesus problem is with my router firewall not windows firewall.

Gob i found blog with similar advices, i checked router too, but i cannot acces to router in way you have mentioned. So i decided to use some VPN service, becouse i was using my bro's VPN until it was disabled. Now iam using OpenVPN and it works fine for now.
