Filtering(?) connection problem

Hello, my internet connection is being filtered on some level, but iam not sure what(probably on router settings), which disables most of games and some softs like mumble or IRC clients too. I need help to solve my problem, i ve been using VPN to play fonline before, but now its disabled. If you know any way i can solve my problem, please tell me.(proxy?...)


I also want to say sorry to all auction participating,if i will not be able to trade them in proper time,iam working hard to solve my connection.
