I met STALKER in my second year playing I believe. However it was very hard to get an idea of his personality, as it is with many people, however we did have a few adventures together, and he did me the courtesy of abiding by The Lost Children's Rules of Engagement (Do not fire lest you be shot at).

And for this, I consider him a valuable wastelander.
