Nope, but you can go to jail for altering shapes of red and green traffic lights  ;D
(it's true... not kidding)

I am not denying that there sometimes are stupid reasons for going to jail or that you can't go to jail for something you haven't done. But "im going to jail i wont be here for a very long time :< so yeah bye" doesn't sound like any of that.
