I think c4 needs to be rigged and exploded by same guy. Currently most users do it with dual log or friend where suicide bomber runs in with the charge and either dual-log detonates it or tells a friend to detonate it.

The game shouldn't encourage using alts as living bombs, but to stay alive. It will make using c-4 harder but requires more skill because you need to be alive to detonate it. And perhaps have it so you can't detonate the bomb if it's in your inventory.

I think it'd add more strategy to the game so I support it. Image TC towns wired with explosives for ambush or defense

Roachor:
low blast radius and players tendency to run around like headless chickens would make it extremely hard to use in pvp.
