Best unarmed crippler available to players. Go on calc, put weapon as unarmed, and make sure you have "hay maker" selected as ammo type, Then look at those crit chances 0.o

This is hardly a major breakthrough.  Also you may wish to make sure the increased crit chance actually works in 2238 and not just on the planner.

Yeah since More Critical is only 1 rank now, at least according to the thread and all I've seen in game.

from what i recall more crits and even more crits do not apply to hth combat

Vilgefortz:
there is hth criticals perk or sth that adds + 15%
