Crafting system! Yeah, crafting system!

I suggesting to play this 1.5 hours, and then you'll play with your favorite minigun 10 minutes till meet 21st leveled gang.
In other words:
That's active crafting. You need to earn XP (which you'll not get in your total XP pool, till you get required ammount). So you're afraid of "Oh cool! They have minerals, ore, wood, alloys, metal parts, junk, electronic parts! That's not like standart fallout! They're so smart to do this!". Yeah, of couse that's cool addition, but... it makes game really-really boring. It's almost like stupid MMORPGs like MUonline, where your character XPing himself killing mobs, you don't even need a bot, just put book or something on right mouse button ^_^ So... that game is really sucks. Whatever, all I want to say that's a way How To Get This Game Active Type Playing, not stupid watching youtube.

How about instead 10 minutes crafting for 1,5 hours of playing?
If devs are so afraid of crashing server with item flood, let the traders sell items faster/convert them in money. You're a GM, you can visit bases. If you see too much items on the ground, lagging the serv, get some raiders to attack and raid the hampsters. Wasteland should be equally harsh to everyone.
The most securest place for a weapon should be your own inventory - your own value of life. If it's lost however, it shouldn't be a problem to get a new one.
But not with the fucking ridiculous time allocation, what is it, 1playing/9crafting?
What is it, Harvest Moon?

Sure about this. I think items laying on ground must be removed within X hours.
Make containers' volume less, much less.
They will use alts to store items... but it's very very bothering, to relog each time to get this armor, so let them use alts for store.
Or... "Item deteoration over time (very fast)", but only for items, which laying on ground, but I think it'll consume even more server memory.
Edit: Also versus alt-storage, and alts at all, make relog time much more. 10 minutes is too low. So it's suited for alt-using, of couse it's not forbbiden, but it's not bother anyone to use some alts. 1 hour for relog would be nice. Of couse, if you have brother/sister/daddy/granny, who playing FOnline on the same computer after you, he/she needs to wait... Also if you want to play other character (create new, because old have really bad build), I don't think 1 hour is so lethal, because you can plan your character for this time and make his build even better. With such relog timing alts gotta gone, and we will be happy roleplayers.

And cows and slaves and mercs and chest seeds...
Cut the storage to the minimum! After the 10th alt either they'll adapt to keep storage at short or get caught by a GM.
Craft only things you want to wear or sell. Or did you ever seen 30 miniguns fitting in a crate?

Dunno about this, how about...they just vanish after some time on the ground? Oh, i feel you hate swelling, guys, i just suggested vanishing items - alting will be even more difficult now! No more alt transactions!

Slaves and mercs should have really low carry weight.
Brahmins will eat all storages (even rockets, combat armor and jet!) after 1 hour of it's owner offline. (Yeah go and kill your provider, if he disconnected you.)
About alts I edited previous post.
Yeah, this is Wasteland! Wtf? Why the hell do you need these 100 combat armors? Do you want to create an army?
Alvarez:
1 hour relog time?
Rather than provoke alt using we should also try to eliminate reasons for alting. As for, removing profession restrictions. What you do should be rendered alone by your skills.
If there's a possibility to relocate your skill points, you won't need to create and level new alts. Just a little time restriction on changing with some kind of brain programming machine. It will be still based on your primary stats, unless you found a way to change them, like Strength or Endurance with proper exercise in mining or plastic surgery doing wonders on your Charisma.
But i already mentioned that somewhere. It was considered a bad idea and not even explained why. Hell, why should they do it, really?
