fast shot and brof question

hey there Ive heared that fast shot decreases ap needed to shoot by 2 for two handed weapons and -1 more for brof means -3 for all two handed weapons? like sniper or AR or even shot guns? and how is it with burst shots right now?

Yes, you can do 2 AP shots from laser rifle for example. Also Fast shot gives +5 dmg per attack.
Fast shot doesn't work on burst mode.

+5 dmg per attack? really? And I also read that energy weapons doesnt profit from brof anymore. Has it been changed already?

It's changed long time ago. It works with EW now.
