i would like to see factions based only on the type of choices a player makes. you do this to change into that. human to muttie in five easy steps or, maybe a deathclaw. give us skins and we dont get that mutation kinda feel.. dont get me wrong, i love my lil radscorp. but i would like to get changed into it by some form of fev or storyline. then you make factions based on the type of muttie you want to be. hope its not too far out there.

FEV got burried, and the radiation is just not THAT high as it was years ago, to change you into the ghoul so I feel kinda sorry - this might be non canon, but who care's - in other way it should be available for everyone if its for single players after event, but might need proper scripts...

Player builds evolve on their own without any extra factors such as this involved.

Use search, not the first time players have been discussing the ability to gain skins and such cosmetic effects through quests and other means.

Didn't devs say that this might be implemented when 3rd comes.

Wasn't Horrigan the only mutant that the Enclave made?
All of the others died the moment they were injected with the FEV.

Frank never was a real mutant. He is something that is a combination of everything. He isn't completely a mutant, neither is he a human. Since his armor is essentially an actual piece of him, he is also a part robot. So what is Frank Horrigan? Frank Horrigan is an Enclave special duty robotic mutated human soldier specialist.

EDIT: Did a bit more search on Frank Horrigan. Turns out the FEV that was injected in Frank's body was actually a modified version of FEV, which does make him a mutant, but a much meaner and much more badass mutant.
