@fettel also too low pe.
i would make 10 pe + sharpshooter. otherwise other sneakers will eat you. since sneak is nerfed the best way is to see other sneakers from max distance

I prefer high endurance instead of perception.

The primary purpose of the sneaker is to see everything. So +1
(being deadly remains a good secondary objective)
