So I just installed the game again, I've played it before but it's been a while. I remember I had a really good throwing/sneak built but unfortunatly, I didn't save it on my computer.

So anyone know a good throwing/sneak built and is happy to share it with me? I'm good with a powerbuild.

So? you could still kill people though, a sneaker at ares rocket silo got me with 4 plasma grenades. Then he ran around and looted me, lol

Ghost perk has no effect over 300 sneak.

i would make 10 pe + sharpshooter. otherwise other sneakers will eat you. since sneak is nerfed the best way is to see other sneakers from max distance

The primary purpose of the sneaker is to see everything. So +1
(being deadly remains a good secondary objective)

Ghost perk has no effect over 300 sneak.

They fixed it already? Last time I checked it (before these updates), I had sneak over 300%, because 10 PE saw him normally when not near wall, and less range when near wall, while there shouldn't be any difference in theory, even when wipe thread says it caps on 300 it wasn't truth. Going to check it again.

250% sneak. 50% penalty with big gun in arm slot. also some penalty from armor. players see you from 35-40 hexes when you're sneaking.
