Pre-wipe shop mechanics

actualy i believe both, buying/selling price shold be the same if you get 300 barter and other things influencing price(10 Charisma? Negotiator? 1500Reputation?...).

Well that is true but nobody will buy an item from you when he has hundreds of the same item. Maybe barter skill could influe max amount of items traders is willing to buy. For example trader have 10 000 bbs so he dont buy them anymore, player with 300 barter will virtualy rise his cap to 20 000 and player sell his bbs for 5 caps each. But when comes player with 150 barter he rises trader's cap only to 12 000 so player sell his bbs for only 2 caps each.

NO!  No more godamn shit fucking bbs ever the fuck again!  No more godamn buttfucking faggot healing powders either....  I still remember last season when there were no caps and 30000 bbs and 30000 healing powders at every shop.....
