Energy Sniper PvP Build

I've been asking people for this Build but I forgot to write it down XD.

Nonetheless I think it would be better if somebody here in the forums was Kind Enough to Build me a Good PvP Energy Sniper Build.

its a sniper. you  can make better one if you want but i dont think you can

There is none.A good one will have low hp.So that means it will die in 2 non crit burst.Nothing else to add.
Oh yes,you can t harm tesla guys unless bypass,and that means above 40% of your targets.Sad.
