EW spammer build

Anyone got a good build for spamming some EW in someones face, you know the people that shoot 6 times and kill a mutie?

greenthumb:
make it yourself, its fun. I can kill supermutant with laser rifle in 1st turn even with 1%crit chance. But mostly i have to start fight to get 7th extra shot.
