Add 2 lists (fixed bugs, bugs waiting for fix sub boards at development board)

Who Killed Bambi:
for more comfortable gaming and knowledge

add:
BUGS (waiting for fix)(work in progress) board, sub-board (players gonna know what features they cant use)

FIXED BUGS (each bug lasts here for 30 days) (players gonna know which bugs was fixed and can use this ingame options)
