Who can recognize this interface ? For sure its Doctors Eaax Pure Evil interface but dont know which version it is.

I used it all previous wipe it was the best int for me. Sadly I dont have any copy of it on my HDD and really dont know what version it is.
Anyone has it maybe still on his HDD and could share ?
