Raiders don't use flamers.
Rogues will use them (female almost always)

Okay I updated the map. I added 4 more locations since first edit. Still can't find anymore 63 HP encounters  ::)

By the way, the "Small" map is a simplified version of V02 that only shows what is needed to improve grid size.
