HtH Evade melle

hei does HtH evade and HtH evade work when:
a)you got empty weapon slots(like wiki say)
b)you have only melle/unarmed weapnon in both weapon slots(like FCP say)

only dev response will be taken into consideration(but i want b) to be correct)

B is correct, i have 220 ac troll and it works when i have super sledge in hand. and dude, seriously i lol'd of "only dev response will be taken into consideration".
