Answer first how do I get to IRC without downloading it and without browser support.

I literally can't do any of both. I'm @ work, limitations rule my soul.

But the shoutbox works just fine. I ain't trying to be funny, it does work fine here.

i remember myself long time ago constantly spamming +request help to complain about griefer and ganker in the game. jovanka arrived and listened to my whining. 10 minutes lol. then said something like, "its just bytes. on the computer, you know". such a patience for newbis..

You have a good chance of getting a ban if you abuse +requesthelp.

Also FYI, the +requesthelp goes to a random GM so don't do this to talk with a particular GM,
even if it's something important. Use IRC.
