hmm I cook quite frequently myself. now i don't know what your skill's are in the kitchen but i can give you a cake recipe of mine that i do almost all the time when my girlfriend comes over  ;D . its called Cheesecake, maybe you heard of it. its very simple to do and its delicious.

bro tip:

so to make the cheesecake you need this:
2 packs of cracker crusts(biscuits)
and a cup of melted butter
250 gm of Sour cream
150 gm of Flour
2-3 Packs of cheese
200 gm of Sugar
a cup of Milk
Vanilla
4 eggs

smash the crackers until they are close to bread crums and after that add melted butter to make them pack(stick togheter) . then take pan and rub it with olive oil(if you have, but sunflower oil is ok too just not too much) to get it greased then drop the crackers you just smashed in the pan. then make sure the crackers are pressed on the bottom then go up a little bit on the sides like 1 or 2 cm or so to form a nice crust for the cake :). After thats done, get bowl and put some flour, sour cream and some vanilla and mix that togheter until you make a nice cream. Now after that's done get a bowl with about 2-3 packs of cheese depending on how big they are and the portions you want to make. So put those in a bowl, add sugar over them (like 200gm) and with a spatula you should very easily cream the sugar into the cheese. So once the sugar is creamed in the cheese add like a cup of milk over it and then start mixing it again(get a wisk its much easier :>) until the milk is embeded with the cheese. do not mix it too much we don't want it to loose the flavor, as soon as you see that the milk was embeded with the cheese stop mixing. once the milk is mixed in add 4 eggs one at the time(mix 1 in, then add another and so on).  now drop in the sour cream mixture you just made and mix that up with the cheese mixture. you don't want to mix it more than its enough otherwise you will introduce air and your cake will crack, and is not nice :( . so once that is done you're going to put the mixture into the biscuits pan. now put the pan in the oven for 1 hour at 90 degrees. after one hour let it cool in the OVEN for 3-4 hours(again to avoid cracks) . in the unfortunate event that it does crack you can add on top of it marmalade or cream.

Fake Flammenkuchen

You need:

toast
ham or bacon or both
sour cream
onions
salt and pepper
optional: cheese and milk/cream

Take a bowl and throw in the sour cream.
Slice and dice the onions, ham/bacon (cheese) and throw them in too.
Put as much salt and pepper in it as you like it.
Mix it with a spoon or your BARE HANDS (recommended). Add milk or cream if the mixture is too stiff.

Put the mixture on as many toast pieces as you want, and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Toast must not to be toasted in the toaster for this recipe.

Enjoy.
