I'm getting annoyed with the ping... seriously? 98753 ping!?

I can't even leave an entrance without it lagging, I keep dying in encounters with lag when I am even on the exit grid NOT IN COMBAT OR IN COMBAT AT ALL...

EDIT: My internet is up to date and fine... and I don't even have combat timeouts when I try to leave... :-\
