The usual price that they sell for is around 8-15k i'm pretty sure, where did you get 25 and 30k from?

Pre-wipe, those would have been fine numbers. Even cheap for all 25 ammo. 30k is the technical base price of the item (it still is), which is where the poster got it from, I'm sure. But this session, I agree it's too high.
